REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-Day refund policy on our program. If you are unsatisfied, you may send the UNOPENED package back to us here at XtremeIncense.com within 15 days of placing the order. Contact customer service at info@xtremeincense.com. Customer service is available Monday thru Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern Time. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged. Once customer service has been contacted and reached, we will process your refund request within 2-3 business days after receiving your UNOPENED product. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Contact customer service if you do not see the credit on your account within 1-2 weeks after we processed your request.
